Mexican Mac and Cheese

Mexican Mac

3 cans tomato sauce

1/2 cup milk (I use 2%, but you can use whole)

1 cube butter

1 tsp. parsley flakes

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

2 cups cheddar cheese, cubed

1 pd. large elbow macaroni (I use the small elbow macaroni)

Fill a large pot with water, add 2 Tb olive oil, and bring to a boil. Add the noodles, and cook until Al Dente. Strain and set aside.

In a large pan, over medium heat combine the tomato sauce, milk, butter, parsley flakes, pepper and garlic salt. Add the cheese, and melt. When cheese is all melted add the macaroni noodles. Stir until the sauce mixture and noodles are all combined.

This recipe is amazing, one of my and my kids all time favorite!!!
