Egg Noodles with Season Salt and Butter

1- 12 oz bag egg noodles

Sea Salt

Butter

Olive Oil

 

Fill a large pot with water. Add 1 TB Sea Salt, and 2 Tb olive oil, bring to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook. Strain the noodles, and place in a large bowl. Add 1 stick of butter and more sea salt, if needed. Combine until all butter has melted.

 

I love these noodles with Beef Stroganoff or a can of Tuna.

 

Sometimes, for something a little different I will make the noodles as above, and add 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese when I add the butter. So yummy! Goes great with, grilled chicken or when you just need some easy cheesy pasta.
