Carne Asada

3- 4 pounds flank steak (My favorite is the flank steak from Costco)

4 limes, cut in 4’s and juiced

3-4 beers (I have used XX, tecate light, any light beer)

1 TB sea salt

1 TB seasoning salt

1 tsp pepper

Place all ingredients in a disposable roaster and let marinate 5-6 hours in the refrigerator  .  An hour before grilling, take roaster out of the fridge and let it sit out.   Pre- heat BBQ and cook meat on lowest setting.  I only flip it once, and cook it about 7-9 minutes on each side for rare.  I love to serve it with tortillas, cilantro, tomato, avocado, onion and lime.
