Cranberry Jello Salad

2 Cups, fresh cranberries

1 Cup, sugar

1 Apple, chopped (skin on)

1 Orange, peeled and chopped

1 Cup, celery, chopped

1 Large box raspberry jello

 

Grind cranberries and sugar in a food processor. In a bowl, add ground cranberries, chopped celery, chopped orange and chopped apple. Following the direction on the jello box, make the jello. Mix all ingredients and pour into a jello mold, refrigerate until jello sets.  4-6 hours. This salad is perfect for Thanksgiving or any time of year.
