Smoked Salmon Spread

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup sour cream

1 TB fresh lemon juice

1 TB fresh dill, minced

1 tsp. prepared horse radish

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

4 oz smoked salmon (my favorite is the Kirkland signature wild Alaskan smoked sockeye salmon)

 

Cream the cheese in a electric mixer, until smooth. Add sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add the Salmon, mix until all ingredients are combined.

I serve this dip with Ritz Crackers, it’s always a big hit.
