2 Lbs. Ground Beef
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tb. Cilantro, chopped
1 4 oz. can Diced Green Chili’s
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
Optional- 3 Tomatoes, chopped
Topping: Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, corn tortillas
In a large pan over medium heat, fry ground beef until cooked. Drain any extra fat. Add all remaining ingredients, stir and cook until all vegetables are tender.
Warm up corn tortillas in a skillet, add some ground beef mixture and all the toppings you want. Enjoy-
