Delicious Sugar Cookie’s

8 oz. butter, softened

1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Canola Oil

2 Large Eggs

3/4 Cup Confectioners Sugar

2 tsp. Vanilla

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1 tsp. Cream Of Tartar

1/2 tsp. Salt

4 1/4 cups Flour

Sprinkles

 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly spray two cookie sheets. Using a mixer (I use my stand mixer), beat the butter until creamy. Add sugar, and confectioners sugar and continue to beat until fluffy. Scrape the bowl, and add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Mix in vanilla. On low speed, mix in canola oil. Scrape bowl again, if needed. Add baking soda, cream of tartar and salt, blend well. Add flour one cup at a time, beat well. Roll into balls about a table spoon size. Roll in sprinkles, bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
