Butter Dill Salmon

4-6 Salmon Fillets

1/2 – 1 cube butter

1 TB. Olive Oil

Sea Salt

Pepper

Fresh Dill

In a medium pan over medium heat, melt butter and add olive oil. Sprinkle Fillets with salt, dill and pepper to taste. About 1 tsp. per side. Place fillets in butter pan, and cook for about 6-7 minutes, or until edges start to turn pink. Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 6 minutes or until salmon is flaky and cooked through.

This salmon goes great with steamed white rice, or quinoa. You can check my blog for these recipes
