3/4 Cup Olive Oil
3/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard (Optional)
1 Clove Garlic, minced
Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper, To Taste
Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined. I store mine in a glass jar, for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
