2 cups steamed rice ( You can find the recipe on my page)
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1– 12oz can evaporated milk
1/2 can condensed milk.
This is one recipe that you can play around with. Just make sure the rice is still hot and in the pot. I use all the evaporated milk, because I like it a little soupy. I don’t like my arroz con leche too sweet, but if you do, add more condensed milk.
This also goes well with golden raisins. About 1 cup, add at the end.
