We love Miso Soup!!! I have never been able to find all the ingredients I need here. However, at Cost Plus World Market, they sell a bottle of Miso Soup Concentrate. I follow the directions on the back, adding a few extra tablespoons of the concentrate. I also add a bunch of green onions, and bag of Ramen noodles and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. It is easy, and delicious.
