Banana Bread

2 Cups Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/2 Cup Butter, softened

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

2 Eggs, Beaten

2 1/3 Cups Ripe Bananas, Mashed

1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts

 

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9*5 loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. In another large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas. Stir flour mixture into  banana mixture. Pour into pan, and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
